Done on Tegaki a few months back, or on the night before my birthday to be more precise Xd.

A simple drawing of my pirate, Mikali, in chibi. Only really submitting it cuz it's the first pic of Mikali coloured, plus I think it's kinda cute Xd. The scorpion tattoo is a new addition to his design, though in future i'd like to give it a more tattoo-look, but it doesn't really matter here; t'was only a test Xd.

I was originally gonna have his cat-form in the pic (Mikali is a shapeshifter and can turn into various animals, most frequently a black cat), but because I drew this so late, I ended up not. Oh well, his cat-like pose makes up for it in a way Xd.

I found a bit of info I wrote about him in my journal a while back. It's pretty much still the same, so i'll just copy and paste it here:

"Age: 24
Bio: A shapeshifter from the desert who became a pirate by accident when he ran onto the ship in his "cat" form as a child (12 years old) trying to escape from a group of bandits he stole something from. The ship then set sail with him still trapped on. The crew found him and recruited him because the captain felt his shapeshifting skills would come in useful, with training. The elf [Chronos] became his tutor and over the years with his help Mikali is now able to turn himself into various different shapes and forms, but his "cat" form is his most favorite. Doolah is like an older sister to Mikali, but Mikali feels he has a responsibility to watch over her. On a regular basis Mikali sends letters and money, via Pogo [parrot-monkey], to his mother [Rawiya] he left behind. He has no idea who his father is."

I addition to this, here are a few other parts of his character and related characters:

- As well as his cat form, Mikali can also turn into a snake, a rat, a tiger, a dog, a duck and a donkey; the last two were not his choice of transformations, his teacher Chronos taught him them without telling him what they'd be as a joke. Mikali was not impressed. None of these transformations are permanent, the only transformation he can hold for a long period of time is the "cat" form because of it's frequent use.

- As evident of him stealing that object from the bandits (which he still has), Mik is an exceptional thief, mainly thanks to his shapeshifting ability that allows him to flee the crime scene without a trace. Good, eh?

- As well as sending letters to his mother himself, Chronos also sends letters to her on a regular basis, with money and gifts too, sometimes even more so than Mikali. Ron has never met Rawiya in person, but he's seen a picture of her. Ron denies having any "interest" in her, claiming he's purely just being generous, but Mikali believes otherwise .

- There are only four things in the world that Mikali is really interested in; treasure, beer, women and sex.

- He's a cocky little shit, and that's exactly how everyone loves him X3.
