Lil' Yoshi

Wow its been a while since I last drew this fella XD. I'm pretty sure the majority of you are familiar with him; Yoshi the lovable green dinosaur from the Mario games.
Reason why I drew him was cuz =TheYoshiNinja set it as my challenge on the "7 Things I'll Do For You" thing thats been going around, which was obviously to draw a Yoshi. But also i've been wanting to draw a Yoshi again for a while anyways, plus I got a unanimous vote on my poll for me to draw a Yoshi, so here he is X).
Not exactly an interesting looking pose, but I just wanted to do something basic so I could sort out his shape since I discovered i'm a little rusty at drawing Yoshis, unsurprisingly. It's not the head that gave me trouble, that was the easy part, but it was the body. The Yoshi body has always given me trouble, which is probably why I stopped drawing Yoshis in the first place because their body shape (or at least their shape that would suit my style) is so obnoxious to draw. Bit of practise should sort that problem out though, hopefully.
I titled the pic "Lil' Yoshi" simply because, well, the picture itself is really little. I measured the actual picture at around 7cm tall, thats just a little bit smaller than my index finger.
I may colour this at some point, just for the sake of it, but i've got other stuff to do as well. This probably won't take too long to do mind, so keep your eyes peeled.

So, i've drawn a Yoshi, and i've got the urge to draw more. Perhaps we'll see a resurrection of my dear yoshi-sona YOSHIGIRL (the fox-yoshi), and her little known "boyfriend", Ihsoy Ruatnec (the centaur yoshi) sometime in the future? Who knows. Either way, its something for all you Yoshi fans to look forward to .
